XINSHUO Creative assisted the Office of International Affairs at Taipei Medical University in successfully transforming a 2D design sketch originally intended for an embroidered armband into a professional-looking 3D model.
During the production process, we guided the team to confirm that the design sketch originated from the Crested Goshawk, and then converted it into a 3D model and rendering.

3D Model Features and Professional Image:
- Facial Color Blocks: The model accurately presents the rich color blocks of the Crested Goshawk's face.
- Feather Features: The distinctive back feathers of the head are rendered in three dimensions.
- Stable Physique: The stable physique gives this Crested Goshawk IP a more professional and authoritative symbolic representation of a doctor.
This 3D model not only retains the essence of the original design, but also gives the character authority and recognizability through three-dimensionality, perfectly matching the professional image required by the International Affairs Office.

Yuanshan Water Drop Baby Model
We created a unique local IP mascot, "Water Drop Baby," for Yuanshan, Yilan, aiming to effectively promote local characteristics and enhance brand exposure through its adorable image!
The design of Water Drop Baby incorporates three representative fruits of Yuanshan, Yilan: red guava, wax apple, and white dragon fruit. These elements are cleverly applied to the doll's shape, making it the perfect ambassador for promoting local agricultural products. Furthermore, the rain boots worn by Water Drop Baby symbolize the simplicity and joy of farmers during harvest, conveying a warm and touching sentiment.
