We have completed the entire production plan for the "CPC Baby" IP mascot, perfectly combining modern 3D technology with traditional casting techniques.
Ultimately, through this rigorous process, we successfully created this unique piece, presenting the classic image of CPC Baby in a high-quality mascot form.
Product Description:
1. 3D Modeling and Master Pattern Printing:
- First, we accurately depicted the three-dimensional image of CPC Baby through 3D modeling (software programming).
- Next, we used 3D SLA printing technology to create a high-precision master pattern, laying the foundation for subsequent mass production.
2. POLY Casting and Recasting:
- We used the created master pattern for casting, employing a POLY (synthetic resin) casting process. The POLY material ensures excellent detail and durability in the finished product.
- Through pouring, a raw, unpainted figurine is successfully created.
3. Hand-painting:
- The raw figurine is then handed over to a professional team for hand-painting, precisely coloring it according to the official character design.
