Product Description and Manufacturing Process:
- Item: Details and Explanation
- Size Specifications: Made according to the design drawings, adjusting the size based on a seated pose. A cylindrical sculpture with a diameter of approximately 40 cm (including facial features, hair, and hands) is used.
- Head, Body, and Hands: All are sculpted using high-density polystyrene foam to ensure structural stability and precise shaping.
- Enhanced Softness: Except for the polystyrene foam base for the hair, foam is added to the rest of the sculpted areas to enhance the softness of the puppet.
- Final Processing: The entire body undergoes fabric upholstery and bonding to give it a warm, plush texture.
Through these meticulous steps, we successfully transformed the original balloon puppet into a sturdy yet skin-friendly plush display puppet, becoming the most comforting focal point in any scene.
