[IP Mascot Design] AkzoNobel Paints - Duoduo Dog

For the Deli Paint brand, the goal of developing an IP mascot design was to perfectly capture the cuteness of the Old English Sheepdog while simultaneously exploring new possibilities within the existing image. This challenged the team's communication and technical planning.

Even though the Old English Sheepdog's fur often obscures its eyes, driven by our commitment to our client and our commitment to our work, our team dedicated significant effort to the production and arrangement of the eyes, striving to ensure their presence and spirit remain visible even when obscured by fur.

From Design to Reality: A Journey of Breakthrough and Restoration

In addition, to enhance the puppet's head's vividness, the tongue sculpture in the muzzle is stunningly sharp and perfectly finished. We also added a wave-like finish to the long, straight fur, adding further dimension and vitality.

The details, such as the front and back logos on the pants, allow us to once again cleverly incorporate the designer's painterly style: only the head is visible at the front chest pocket, creating a playful presentation that allows the audience to more closely connect with this unique IP character.

This is not just a faithful reproduction of the production, but also a profound understanding of the designer's philosophy and the ultimate pursuit of craftsmanship.
