Giant Bow Specifications and Manufacturing Process:
Size: Approximately 170 cm wide and 190 or 200 cm high.
Main Sculpture: Hand-sculpted from a high-density polystyrene blank, ensuring precise shaping and lightweight construction.
Surface Treatment: Paint is used to enhance the surface's waterproofing and durability, improving its longevity and texture.
Structural Support: An internal support frame (metal or wood) is used to support and maintain the object; silicone infusion is applied in certain areas to enhance stability and ensure safety.
Color: Processed according to specified PANTONE color codes to perfectly match the brand or festive atmosphere.

The calligraphy nine palace grid system is not easy to do~ At the beginning of the case, the craftsman specially designed a reusable cement board mold; combined with technological equipment, the calligraphy text was digitally printed on the computer file, and then UV sprayed on the XINSHUO’s hard work on the cement board. In the end, the protective coating is sprayed many times to get the perfect work!
