Qian Du Shabu-Shabu "Jido Baby" Shoulder-Shoulder Costume Production

This shoulder-style mascot costume, custom-made for Qian Du Shabu-Shabu's mascot "Jido Baby," was designed with aesthetics, comfort, and practicality in mind, ensuring that staff can perfectly embody the character during events.

• Material: Head: Made of high-density polystyrene foam, ensuring a delicate and lightweight design.
• Body: Molded from polyethylene (PE), providing a stable structure.
• Outer Layer: Made of high-quality plush fabric, soft and comfortable to the touch, with a full visual effect.
• Size: Suitable for staff members approximately 170 cm tall. Final adjustments will be made based on actual human proportions and design drawings.

Production Instructions:

Ergonomic Design:

1. Before production, we will create ergonomic application drawings based on the client's three-view AI files, scaling and adjusting the proportions to ensure the costume fits the actual wearer's body shape, and provide this to the client for confirmation.
2. Visuals and Ventilation: The puppet's eyes and mouth will serve as the main sight lines and ventilation openings for optimal effect.
3. Accessories: The apron will be removable for easy wearing and cleaning.
4. Shoe Design: The puppet shoes will be made of PE material, with design references to enhance the shoe's texture, ensuring a cute appearance and comfortable wear.
5. Fabric Craftsmanship: We recommend using a post-application process to precisely create layered color blocks, making "Baby Jido" appear more three-dimensional and lifelike, perfectly replicating the design details.
